7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Footwear must be in original condition
  • The shoe box, tags, and original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The footwear shows signs of use, dirt, creases, or damage
  • The request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing or damaged
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or discount offers (unless the item is defective)

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
