7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return or exchange from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Footwear must be in original condition
- The shoe box, tags, and original packaging must be intact and undamaged
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The footwear shows signs of use, dirt, creases, or damage
- The request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing or damaged
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or discount offers (unless the item is defective)
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit
- Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
